Stage Lighting:
The booking shall be made upon approval of the quotation and availability of the date. Fifty percent of the quoted amount is required as a deposit to be paid upfront to book the date. Remaining fifty percent to be paid one week before the event date. In case of less than one week in the event, hundred percent of the quoted amount is required to be paid to book the date. Upon cancellation of the booking, the deposit amount is non-refundable. Rescheduling is possible upon availability of a new date and maybe subjected to an admin fee.
Sound Systems:

Gobo Lens & Projection:
Production Time: 1 working day after the full payment.
Pickup From Office: No Fee.
Standard Delivery: 1-3 working days AED 50.
Express Delivery: 1 working day AED 100 (Dubai, Ajman & Sharjah cities) and AED 200 for other cities and AED 500 for Western Region.
As gobo lens are fully customised based on the client's requirements, the gobo lens is non-returnable, non-refundable in any case. Clients are requested to double check the picture samples provided before confirming the manufacturing of the gobo lenses.
